This was a lovely quirky place to stay with great ambience. Clean and comfortable. Just across the road from the beach and an eatery 10 paces away. We loved going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Will definitely want to stay again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is welcoming and warm, almost like having family with a spare granny flat on the beach.

The bed was very comfy and absolutely everything has been thought of! Little extras such as salt, pepper, cooking oil and sauces in the fridge were amazing to find and much appreciated. John called through to make sure everything was ok before taking payment and was an absolute gentleman. Definitely a place to come back to!

No complaints, some people may get upset there is no mobile reception within the domes themselves but I was already aware of this and it was actually a determining factor so I could escape technology for a bit!

Location on the beach is amazing, quiet neighbourhood (apart from occasional party in the barbecue stalls across the street, but this is a holiday area after all). Cabin is above average in every category, lovely feel to the place. Not fancy, but if you want fancy go stay at the $500/night place down the road. Overall a superior place to others that charge more than triple the price.

Had a wonderful stay at the Dome, fantastic location, loved being so close to the beach and hearing the sound of the waves.

The dome was clean and cosy and had everything you needed. Comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen.

Highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jan and John for being such great hosts.

We loved our stay at the Dome on Trinity Beach. The accommodation is actually larger than it looks. We were really comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen with pretty much everything you could think of.

The place was clean and fresh when we arrived. The location is beautiful. We’d never been to Trinity Beach before. It’s a quiet little place with a perfect beach lined with palm trees.

There’s a number of places to eat and a tavern. The Italian restaurant right next door to the Dome makes excellent coffee. It’s close enough to Cairns and Port Douglas so there are plenty of options for places to go.

All in all a great holiday. Thanks Jan and John.
